How to store your royal jelly?
Royal jelly should be stored in the refrigerator, between 2°C and 5°C, to keep its properties intact. Once opened, close the jar tightly and consume within 30 days.
How to use royal jelly
Take a small dose of pure royal jelly every morning on an empty stomach, directly under the tongue. Let it melt slowly for optimum absorption of nutrients. The daily dose can also be taken mixed with a spoonful of honey to soften the pungent taste of royal jelly.
